7-Day Window

Request a return within 7 days of delivery — no questions asked for unopened, unused products.

We arrange a free PostEx pickup from your address once a return is approved over WhatsApp.

Choose a refund to your original payment method (prepaid orders) or instant store credit — your call.

Opened/used serums and creams can't be returned for hygiene reasons, but defective or wrong items always qualify.

Message your order number to us on WhatsApp and we'll take it from there.
